Membership Information
Membership is open to men and women, 60 years of age and older and their spouses, regardless of age. These age guidelines are set forth by the Mercy Center's major funding source, Title III of the Older Americans Act.
No person shall be subject to discrimination on the basis of color, national origin, race, religion, or sex.
Applicants must apply in person. There are manageable membership dues. If joining:
- One time $5.00 registration fee
- Optional yearly dues are collected between Dec. 15 and Feb. 15 the cost is $12 per person and $20 per couple. Dues paying members are rewarded with certain discounts through the course of the year.
- After Feb. 15 the cost will increase slightly to $15 per person and $25 per couple for renewing members only.
The annual costs are to offset the cost of orientation materials for the new member.
